Money is something that is essential and yet it’s one of those things we are taught not to talk about. In fact, culture says it’s downright rude to discuss money. The reality is many of us are carrying around money scars. In this episode, Steph and I both share honestly about the money messages communicated to us as we were growing up. I also get the chance to gently tease Steph about her excellent credit score. I share a life hack for how I recently gained fifty additional points on my credit score. This is an honest conversation about how fear and anxiety about money can create scars that impact our financial present and future. We also talk about a tool that I have found really helpful–a money autobiography. Check it out!
